Volunteer Opportunities
Afraid of horses? Refuse to muck stalls? No problem! You don't have to be a "horse expert" to volunteer at A Little Bit of Heaven. In fact, in some cases you can even volunteer from home! We have a variety of volunteer indoor and outdoor opportunities for individuals wishing to get involved. If you don't see your skills listed below, but still have a desire to help, contact us - we likely have a place for you!
Office Assistance
The office is the backbone of our rehab center. If you're willing to help out with any of the following, please contact us.
- Filing
- Creation and Updating of Records
- Data Entry
- Answering Telephones and Responding to Email/Social Media Messages
- General Reception
- Assisting with Guided Tours
- Coordinating with Volunteers
Outdoors & Maintenance
We have a need for a number of different skill sets; if you like to work with your hands and can assist in the following areas, please don't hesitate to contact us.
- Mending/Painting Fences
- Assisting with Construction Projects
- Repairing Equipment
- Maintaining Grounds and Facilities
- Barn Upkeep
- Cleaning Tack, etc.
